• A free AI feasibility assessment — you describe your business and an AI idea (or a pain point); you get an instant, itemized read: a verdict, cost/timeline bands, demand signal, and the #1 risk.
• A $29 roadmap report — a paid, one-time (not a subscription) deeper report delivered within 48 hours, often sooner.
• Custom builds — for projects you want built, we provide a firm, project-specific quote before any work or payment for the build itself.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use this site, especially to purchase the $29 report or commission a build.

The free assessment and the $29 report are generated by AI, but the rubric, cost calibration, and decision logic behind them are built from our own experience actually shipping AI products — not a generic AI response. That said, they reflect our own read on feasibility, cost, and approach, and are not legal, financial, tax, or professional engineering advice. They are not a guarantee of any specific business outcome, cost, or timeline for your actual project. Real-world costs and timelines can vary once you scope an actual build.

The demand and search-volume figures shown in some assessments come from real Google Keyword Planner data, refreshed periodically — they reflect market search activity, not a guarantee that your specific business will see that same demand.

If you want us to build something, we’ll provide a firm, project-specific quote before any work begins and before any payment for the build itself is due. Payment terms, scope, and delivery for a build are agreed in writing per project — these Terms cover the site and the $29 report; a build is governed by the separate agreement you approve for that project.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to circumvent the free-assessment rate limit (currently 3 per day per visitor) through automation, spoofed requests, or similar means.
• Submit content that is unlawful, infringing, or that attempts to manipulate the AI system into producing harmful or off-topic output.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell the site’s output at scale without our permission.

You own the $29 report and any deliverables from a custom build you’ve paid for. We retain the right to use anonymized, aggregate insights (never your identifying business details) to improve the assessment engine. The site’s design, copy, and underlying software remain our property.

The site and its outputs are provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, shouldibuildai is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the free assessment, the $29 report, or any build. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time; we’ll update the effective date above when we do. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
