How it works
- Ask for your free card. Send Kevin your business name and city. He builds your review page and card and sends them to you.
- Give Kevin Manager access. It's one setting on your Google Business Profile, and he sends you the steps. A Manager can reply to reviews. A Manager can't delete your profile or change who owns it, and you can remove him anytime. Your free month starts the day your card is ready.
- Kevin handles the replies. Keep offering the card to every customer. Near the end of the month, Kevin asks if you want to keep going at $49.95. Say no and the card keeps working.
What you never have to do
- Log in to Google to answer a review.
- Work out what to say to a one-star review.
- Remember to check for new reviews.
- Sign a contract, or pay for the card.
Built to Google's rules
For every customer. Google doesn't allow asking only the happy ones, so hand it to everyone.
No rewards for reviews. Google doesn't allow them, and the FTC bans rewards for positive ones.
Never tell customers what to write, not even a staff member's name. Google's rules forbid it.
Google only. Yelp doesn't allow businesses to ask for reviews, so your card points to Google.

Will this get me more reviews?
It makes leaving a review quick, and every customer gets asked the same way. We don't promise a number. That depends on your customers and how often the card gets offered.
What happens with bad reviews?
Every review gets a calm, professional reply, the unhappy ones included. Honest reviews stay up.
What can Kevin change on my profile?
Manager access is what lets him reply. It can't delete your profile or change who owns it, and you can remove him anytime from the same settings.
What does it cost after the free month?
$49.95 a month per location. Kevin asks before your first charge.
Do you reply to Yelp reviews too?
Not for now. The service covers your Google reviews.
